Return Policy

General Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days from the purchase date or receipt date for shipped orders (as verified by delivery confirmation). Items must be new, unworn, with tags attached to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance Products: All sales are final; returns are not accepted.
• Ballistic Body Armor: Includes soft armor, hard armor, armor plates, and helmets. Not returnable to ensure customer safety.
• Customized Items: Embroidered or personalized items are final sale, reflecting the specific requests made during order placement.
• Consumable Products: Such as batteries, due to their nature and usage

Return Shipping Fees:

•         We do not refund original shipping costs.
•         Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable.
•           There is No restocking fee is applied to retail orders.

How to Make a Return:

•         Email us at info@tactical-canada.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
•         Await an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us.
•         Include the RMA number, your name, and invoice number inside the box before shipping.
•         Ship the item to: Tactical Canada, 535-I Leclerc Street, Repentigny, Quebec, J6A 8B4.
•         Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will notify you via email, and a refund will be issued within 2-4 business days.
