Shipping & delivery

We mainly use the carrier "Canpar" for shipping our parcels. However, depending on your location, Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post may be used as carriers. If you take advantage of our $25 shipping offer, the carrier will be selected at our discretion. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt.

If you wish to choose your own carrier, all associated costs will be your responsibility. Please indicate this preference during the order process, and we will contact you regarding your carrier's shipping costs.

2. Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery can take from 1 day to one week depending on your location. For Quebec, Ontario, and Eastern provinces, expect delivery within 1 to 4 days. Western Canada typically takes up to one and a half weeks.
• Express Shipping and Saturday Delivery: If you require express shipping or Saturday delivery, please contact us via phone during business hours or email us outside of these hours. We frequently monitor our email to assist with customer emergencies.
• Additional Fees: Please note, extra fees for express or special deliveries will be your responsibility.

3. Tracking Information:

• A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.

4. International Shipping:

• Currently, international orders cannot be processed through our website. However, depending on the product, we may offer international shipping. Please contact us with your desired product and postal code to confirm if we can ship to you and to calculate shipping costs.
